Stitching time (estimate)

≈ 26–52 hours per design

That's roughly 6–11 weeks at about 5 hours of stitching a week. Just a rough idea: we assume an average of 100–200 stitches an hour, and everyone stitches at their own pace.

Fifty original postage stamp cross stitch patterns, one for every US state, from Alabama to Wyoming. Each stamp has a perforated white edge, a printed frame, the state name and a value, in the style of a vintage American commemorative stamp, and shows the scenery or symbol the state is known for. The value on each stamp is the order in which the state joined the Union, from Delaware (1) to Hawaii (50).

Stitch one stamp as a small framed piece or card, or stitch all of them together as one big travel collection. Tip: the white perforated edge shows best on a contrasting fabric such as grey, blue, kraft or black Aida. An original House of Needelier design, ready to download and start stitching today.
