We keep this simple: needelier.com does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't sell or share personal information.
What we store
- Free downloads: we ask for no name or payment, and an email address only if you choose to join our newsletter. A short-lived, signed download link is created for your order.
- Newsletter: if you subscribe, we store your email address, the date and where you signed up, and use it only to send House of Needelier news (about once a month). Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes your address from our list. We never sell or share it. You can also ask us to delete it at hello@needelier.com.
- Statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It uses no cookies, doesn't track you across sites and doesn't identify individual visitors.
- Library: if you use a library key, a secure cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. We note which key was used, when, and which patterns were checked out, so we can manage keys. These records are deleted after 90 days.
- Your bag in the library is kept only in your own browser.
- Security: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses to protect the site from abuse and attacks (for example rate limiting). See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Purchases
Paid patterns are sold on Etsy. When you click a pattern in our shop you go to Etsy, and Etsy's own privacy policy applies to your purchase.
